The Choir leads the congregation in praise, worship, and special songs across all church services and meetings. As they usher the people into the high praises of God — and ultimately into His presence — God Himself shows up with His blessings (Psalm 22:3). Through the gift of music, we proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Ushers warmly welcome every worshipper and guide them to their seats with care and attentiveness. They ensure that every guest feels comfortable throughout the service — from pointing out facilities to supporting nursing mothers. They also help maintain a peaceful, orderly atmosphere in the auditorium before and during services.

The Sanctuary Keepers ensure that our place of worship — including the main hall, church offices, convenience rooms, and surrounding areas — is always clean, orderly, and beautifully presented. They also set up and arrange the sanctuary to suit the needs of each service, ensuring every meeting begins in an environment that honours God.

Our Hospitality team is often the first face you see when you arrive — and they make sure it's a warm one. They welcome worshippers at the entrance, assist guests to their seats, and extend the love of Christ throughout every service. They also work alongside other service groups to support those responding to the altar call, ensuring no one is left without care or direction.

The Protocol team serves as the customer service arm of the church. They welcome special guests, manage counselling sessions, support the recovery of lost property, and process Kingdom Service forms for members. They are committed to ensuring that every experience at Winners Croydon is seamless, dignified, and honouring to God and His people.

Our Security team ensures the safety of lives and property throughout every service and church programme. They carry out regular patrols, monitor the premises, and maintain a secure environment so that every worshipper can focus on encountering God — knowing they are safe and well looked after.

The Bookshop team supports the availability and sale of faith-building books and materials to the congregation. They make it easy for members to access resources that deepen their knowledge of God's Word and strengthen their walk with Christ.

The Follow Up team is responsible for connecting with new converts and first-time worshippers after their visit. Through intentional outreach and pastoral care, they ensure that every person who walks through our doors has the opportunity to be established in faith and fully welcomed into the Winners Croydon family.

The Children's Church team presents the gospel to children at their level of understanding, teaching and sharing the Word in line with the monthly theme. They ensure the smooth running of all Children's Church operations — creating a safe, engaging, and spiritually rich experience for every child in their care.

The Teen's Church team coordinates all worship activities and programmes for our teenagers. They create an environment where young people feel seen, engaged, and spiritually challenged — helping them grow in faith and discover their God-given identity and purpose.
